REFUND POLICY

According to the regulations of the Jagiellonian University and the Polish legal system, refunds for tuition fees may be granted only in exceptional circumstances. Students requesting a refund must write a formal petition to the Director of the Centre for European Studies in which they explain their reasons for the request.

In cases where the request for a refund is approved, a calculation will be made on a case-by-case basis to determine the amount to which the student is entitled, based on costs already incurred.
