Fees:
The non-refundable registration fee for the 2008/09 academic year is 150 Polish zloty or its equivalent value (this fee is waived for students applying through university international education offices with which CES has signed a cooperation agreement). The registration fee (or proof of bank transfer) should accompany the student's application. The undergraduate study abroad tuition fee for the 2008/2009 autumn semester is 3,800 euro per semester. The fee for students remaining for two semesters is 7,000 euro. Starting in the 2008/09 spring semester, fees will be due in Polish zloty. The tuition fee for spring 2008/09 is 12,500 zloty. The tuition fees for 2009/10 will be announced in due course. For the autumn semester the tuition fee should be paid no later than 15 October. For the spring semester the tuition fee should be paid no later than 12 March. Students staying for two semesters may pay in two instalments of 3,800 euro (by 15 October) and 3,200 euro (by 12 March). The cost of university housing is currently 275 zloty per month for a place in a shared room, including internet access. The housing fee may be paid by the month or as a lump sum direct to the dormitory. Both the programme fee and the application fee may be paid by bank transfer or by cheque. The undergraduate study abroad tuition fee covers regular course tuition (including language courses) and one study trip as well as student documents, access to the course library, computers, e-mail, internet and all university facilities. Garbarska 7a, 31-131, Kraków, Poland Refund policy (2007/08) Up to and including 5 September 2007 (autumn semester) and 26 February 2008 (spring semester) - the student may receive a full refund of the whole of any tuition fees paid for that semester. The 50 euro registration fee paid to CES and any fees paid to the university dormitories are not refundable. The cost of any transfers as levied by the financial institutions involved will be borne by the student. After the above dates, any refund of fees applied for will be calculated on the basis of the amount of the study programme still to be completed. Further details are available from the CES office. |
